Six head semi-automatic rotary filler equipment provides gravity filling on a monoblock base for manually loaded containers. The machine combines six filling valves with adjustable level control for a range of bottle sizes.
Gravity filling operation
Six filling valves are fitted to the gravity-fed hopper tank. Containers actuate the valves, providing a built-in no-bottle, no-fill function. The target level for each bottle can be adjusted by adding or removing valve spacers.
Product level control
The liquid level in the product bowl is controlled by a proportional pneumatic modulating valve actuated by a float. This arrangement maintains a constant filling volume across the filling range.
Container handling
Containers are fed into and removed from the filling section manually. The filling platform can be raised or lowered for different bottle heights, helping the machine accommodate a broad range of container types. Machine settings are designed for quick adjustment.

Filling speed depends on product viscosity and operator efficiency. Output of up to 2,400 bottles per hour can be expected when filling 500 ml water, and up to 1,800 bottles per hour for 1 litre containers, subject to the application and operating conditions.
