8 head pneumatic gravity filler equipment provides constant-level filling through eight light-action valves mounted beneath the product hopper. The machine is custom-built and tested against the confirmed production requirement.
Manual container loading
Operators place the containers by hand onto the pneumatic lifting platforms, where they are supported by the bottle neck. The platform lifts each container into position beneath its filling valve.
Gravity filling operation
The valves operate under gravity and are actuated by the containers, providing a built-in no-bottle, no-fill function. Each bottle’s target level can be adjusted by adding or removing valve spacers. The system fills to a constant level measured from the top of the bottle.
Adjustable container setup
The filling platform can be raised or lowered for different bottle heights. Change parts can also be supplied for different bottle-neck sizes.

The filling machine is manufactured from stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
