Depending on the material and application, CO2 laser systems can mark PET bottles, plastics, PP or PE films, boxes, cartons and other packaging. We test or assess the substrate before recommending a laser so that the finished code is clear and permanent.

Inkjet printers apply ink to create dates, batch numbers and production codes, making them versatile across many products and packaging types. Laser coders create a permanent mark without ink or solvent consumables. The best choice depends on the material, line speed, code quality, operating environment and running cost.

Please make sure the required electrical supply and services are available and that operators, containers, closures, product and labels are on site. Having representative production materials ready allows us to commission and test the equipment under realistic conditions.

Our standard guarantee on new equipment is 12 months from delivery. It excludes fair wear and tear, wilful misuse and use outside the purpose for which the equipment was supplied. Any product-specific terms will be clearly stated in your quotation.
