6 or 8 head automatic gravity feed filler equipment provides PLC-controlled, timed filling for containers moving through a conveyor-fed production line. The machine can be configured with six or eight filling heads.
Automatic filling cycle
Bottles enter the machine on a conveyor. A pneumatic gate positions the required containers beneath the filling heads and keeps the remaining containers isolated on the line while the filling cycle operates.
Constant-level gravity filling
The PLC controls the filling cycle by time. Containers actuate the filling valves, providing a built-in no-bottle, no-fill function. Each bottleās target level can be controlled individually, with the valves filling to a constant level measured from the top of the bottle.
Diving system and hopper control
A short-stroke diving system is fitted to the machine. Product level in the hopper is controlled by a float ball valve to support consistent gravity-fed operation.
Machine construction
The filling machine is manufactured from stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
