Manual bottle loading
Containers are placed onto the filling platform by hand. The valves are actuated by the containers, providing a built-in no-bottle, no-fill function.
Constant-level filling
The target level in each bottle can be controlled individually by adding or removing valve spacers. Each valve fills to a constant level measured from the top of the bottle. Product level in the hopper is controlled by a float ball valve.
Adjustable filling platform
The filling platform can be raised or lowered to accommodate different bottle sizes and heights. Filling speed depends on product viscosity and operator efficiency.
