PC pump filler equipment provides automatic, measured filling into containers on a conveyor-fed production line. The pump size and machine settings are selected around the product, container and required filling accuracy.
Automatic filling cycle
Containers enter the machine on a conveyor. A pneumatic gate positions the required containers beneath the filling heads while isolating the remaining containers on the line. Filling then operates to a preset count.
Pump selection
Pumps are available in 20 mm, 25 mm and 40 mm sizes. The product being filled, container size and required accuracy determine the correct pump for the application.
Nozzle and diving system
Each filling nozzle has a positive shut-off valve that stops product flow when the cycle is complete and helps prevent excess dripping. A short-stroke diving system is fitted, with an optional full diving system available to reduce foaming in suitable products.
Hopper control and construction
A product hopper tank is supplied with the machine and controlled pneumatically by a modulating valve, probe or level switch. The machine is PLC controlled, fully automatic and manufactured from stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.
