Stainless steel conveyor construction
The conveyor is built around a 304 grade stainless steel profile with adjustable supports. This construction suits production environments where a clean, robust and practical conveyor layout is required.
Slat band and product guidance
The standard conveyor uses an 82.5 mm LF acetal slat band. Slat bands up to 190 mm wide can be manufactured where the product or application requires a wider conveying surface. Adjustable guide rails help accommodate different container sizes and keep products correctly positioned as they move through the line.
Driven operation and speed control
Industrial geared motors drive the conveyor. Variable speed control is included as standard, allowing the conveyor speed to be matched to the filling, coding, labelling or handling process.
