Stainless steel conveyor construction
The conveyor is built around a 304 grade stainless steel profile with adjustable supports. This construction suits production environments where a clean, robust and practical conveyor layout is required.
Slat band and product guidance
The standard conveyor uses an 82.5 mm LF acetal slat band. Slat bands up to 190 mm wide can be manufactured where the product or application requires a wider conveying surface. Adjustable guide rails help accommodate different container sizes and keep products correctly positioned as they move through the line.
Driven operation and speed control
Industrial geared motors drive the conveyor. Variable speed control is included as standard, allowing the conveyor speed to be matched to the filling, coding, labelling or handling process.

Match the slat belt conveyor to the container base and line layout. Send product dimensions, weight, required conveying speed and transfer heights. Identify any filling, coding or labelling stations that need stable product presentation so the support and guide arrangement can be reviewed.
Does a wider product always need a wider slat?
The container base, stability and guide arrangement must be assessed together. Supply the product dimensions and a sample before the conveyor width is finalised.
Can it connect to existing equipment?
Provide the adjoining conveyor and machine dimensions, direction of travel and required speed for an application-specific integration assessment.
