System overview
Controlled double-sided labelling for production lines
The double-sided labelling system applies front and back self-adhesive labels during a single pass through the machine. Stepper motors and drives work with the Human Machine Interface to support accurate label placement and straightforward setup.
A double-sided infeed centring unit or scroll system orients the container before the overhead stabiliser supports it through the labelling area. Flat-panel accessories help achieve good label adhesion.
Double-sided application
Applies front and back labels accurately as products move through the system.
Controlled product handling
Centring, orientation and stabilising components support consistent presentation to the label heads.
Stored product setups
Electronic settings for up to ten products help simplify repeat changeovers.
Flexible label formats
Standard rollers accommodate a 145 mm label web, with extended rollers available for widths up to 260 mm.
Typical applications
- Flat, square, tapered and convex containers
- Front and back product labels
- Bottles and packaged products
- Integrated labelling on production lines
