System overview
Accurate wrap-around labels for round containers
The wrap-around labelling system uses stepper motors and drives with the Human Machine Interface to support straightforward setup and repeatable label placement. Electronic settings for up to ten products can be stored to make changeovers more efficient.
A 2.5 m conveyor transports containers through the system before the 75 mm wrap-around belt applies the label around the container. Variable-speed drives allow the system to be adjusted for the production requirement.
